Rathi Steel and Power Limited (RSPL) is a Listed Public Limited company, which is incorporated in the year 1971. The Company, Rathi Steel and Power Limited is engaged in manufacturing of Rebars and Wire Rods which are broadly categorized as the Long Products in the Steel Industry. We are manufacturing Wire Rods and Bright Bars of various grades of Stainless Steel and alloys Steel. It has various industrial and other applications. The stainless steel products forms a part of “B to B” model, wherein material is supplied to all major producers of downstream products like Bright Bars, Wires, fasteners, electrodes etc. The main application of another product Rebar, is in the construction industry. Company sold its products under the brand name “RATHI POWERTECH”, which is a premium commanding brand due to the process and tests adopted by the Company during manufacturing process. Recently, RSPL has developed Stainless Steel re-bars which is used in the construction Industry for Reinforcement and is a solutions of shortcomings of traditional carbon steel re-bars. RSPL is in the process of adding few more value added downstream products viz., wires, tubes etc. The Company has a very strong and committed network of dealers, consisting of several retail outlets spread all over Northern India
